Series C banknotes were a miniature version of the last issue of Series B notes, designed during the period of the transition of Irish Currency to more modern designs, when all the banks reduced the size of their One Pound notes.
No examples of Series C have been seen, either as specimens or as issued notes. The banknotes may have been all destroyed prior to issue.
